Thank you for visiting our shop! We would like you to know something about us:
- We are not in a prime "High Street" location paying vast rent and rates.
- We design and make our own range of jewellery.
- We work on lower margins than most retail jewellery stores.
- We don't include presentation boxes or gift wrapping in our prices, although we can supply these for an extra charge if required.
- The jewellery products we don't make ourselves are competitively sourced.
- We pay our suppliers promptly and collect settlement discounts which are passed on to our customers.
- We do not add anything to our prices to allow for cash discounts as all our prices are already calculated on a cash basis.
- We do not spend large amounts on advertising.

* Handmade items might be more fragile than industrially made or mass produced items, therefore, they needs to be handled with care and consideration.

* Pearls can become dull and damaged by everyday wear. Perfume, hairspray etc can damage pearls, so always spray perfume and hairspray before putting on your piece of jewellery and to take care of them when not in use, keep them in a box so that they cannot get damaged.

* Silver items can be kept sparkling by polishing regularly with a silver polishing cloth.

* All our handmade jewelry is made of Bali 925 Silver, Hill Tribe 999 Silver, 925 Sterling Silver or
9K, 10K, 14K, 18K, 22K, 24K Gold!
None of our items or any part of our jewellery is silver or gold plated, or made using any other metal or alloy.

* Please note pictures are taken in natural daylight in order to try & reproduce colours as accurately as possible, however colour can vary on different monitors. The photos are enlarged to show detail and quality so please do check the actual measurements given above.
